Holiday season orders T&C

To help make sure your goodies arrive in time for Christmas, please note our holiday cut-off dates:

Shipping Orders

All Christmas orders need to be placed by 15th December.

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post or the courier, delivery times are out of our hands, and delays can happen during the busy festive period. We’ll always do our best to get your order packed and sent off quickly.


Local Pickup Orders

For local pickup, orders must be placed by 20th December.

Please wait for your pickup confirmation before coming by — we want to make sure everything is ready for you!

We do not currently ship internationally.

I’m a one-woman show, handcrafting each set with care. Orders take 5–10 business days to be created and dispatched, depending on workload and priority orders. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and shipping method.

Returns

Custom nail sets are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty (as they are made to order and cannot be resold).

Basic sets may be returned only if faulty or unopened.
For change of mind, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used press-on nail sets.
